Who Jay Johnston Is

I grew up in Belfast playing football and moved into the gym after breaking into reserve league championship football at 17. Training became the place where I learned discipline, structure and how to push myself properly.

I went on to complete a Masters degree in Accountancy at Queen’s University and worked across Big Four firms and smaller practices. Balancing long hours with training taught me how to build routines that actually fit real life.

I have completed photoshoots, marathons and half marathons and stayed involved in sport my entire life. My speciality is helping naturally skinny guys build real size and strength because that was my own journey. I also coach fat loss phases with precision and have kept a photoshoot ready standard since I was 17.
